Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of booking. Acceptance by you on this booking is your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions

Each session will only run when a minimum of 4 children are enrolled. If the minimum is not reached for a class you will be contacted and offered a refund or transfer to another session.

Cancelation of a purchased service will be accepted with 3 days before session receiving full refund or transfer of refund value to another session.

Cancelations between three days and unto 24 hours prior will incur a 25% cancelation fee.

24 hours or less will incur a 40% cancelation fee.

While all safety measures and precautions will be undertaken you acknowledge that the sessions involve tasks with sharp knives, open flame, hot ovens in a commercial kitchen environment. minor, cuts, burns and falls may occur during the session that are part of the learning experience.

In all lessons children will work individually on their dish, not sharing tasks. dish will be take home at the end of their lesson and will require containers to get their goods home. We will have disposable containers available for purchase but encourage our Mini Masterchefs to bring two medium sized ones from home each week ready to fill!
