Layers of Chocolate mud cake and Ganache. The outside covered in chocolate buttercream and decorations to form a bouncy reindeer.

mud cake has a shelf life of 10 days this could also be frozen if you desire.

This is an advanced lesson where we make all elements of cake, cake carving, buttercream and toppings.

It is recommended for children grades 7 and above due to the need for time management. For younger students please look at Christmas Wreath Cake Junior.
